Branded Design Systems and Visual Identity Development

Overview

As the in-house designer for Mesilla Valley Transportation (MVT) and its subsidiaries, I led the development of brand identity systems across multiple companies with distinct audiences. My work included logo design, typography, color palettes, and brand collateral that supported internal culture and external recognition. From high-level brand refreshes to campaign-specific assets, each project was built to reinforce consistency, communicate purpose, and elevate brand presence.

Objective

To create branding and identity materials that:

  • Reflected each company’s values and voice

  • Maintained consistency across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints

  • Supported recruitment, culture, and marketing efforts

  • Adapted to diverse audiences while staying visually cohesive

  • Strengthened long-term brand recognition and trust
